Laura Matalon, President Allied Live, has been a leader and innovator in marketing live entertainment properties for 30 years.  She has led the marketing campaigns for more than 50 Broadway and touring Broadway properties including RENT, The Book of Mormon, Hair, Avenue Q, Billy Elliot, Kinky Boots and the upcoming tour of Hamilton. Allied Live is the premiere entertainment marketing agency for the commercial theatrical industry.

Laura is a long-time member of The Broadway League where she is an active participant having served as  co-chair and/or a member of the planning committee for their annual Spring Road Conference for more than 20 years.   She also sits on the Intra-Industry and Road Marketing Committees.  She was one of the first recipients of The Broadway League’s Outstanding Achievement in Road Marketing Awards. She has served as a speaker at meetings and conferences as well as guest lectured at Northwestern University, Columbia College Chicago and at the Commercial Theater Institute.  She sits on the board of Chicago’s Tony Award-winning Lookingglass Theater, and as an Advisory Board member for Chicago’s Windy City Playhouse and Broadwaycon, Broadway’s own fan convention.  In her spare time she volunteers at Gilda’s Club and Inspiration Café and has recently started tap lessons.

Marya Peters joined Allied Live in the fall of 2000. As National Marketing Director & Press Representative, she has worked with almost every venue that presents a Broadway series across the country. The productions she has had the honor to oversee for Allied Live include: An American In Paris, The Humans, A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder, The Book of Mormon, Peter and the StarcatcherTRACES, MAMMA MIA!, Billy Elliot the Musical, Blind Date, In The Heights, Avenue Q, Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story on Stage, RENT, Legends, The Producers, The Full Monty, Hairspray, Contact, and Fiddler on the Roof. She currently serves on The League’s Road Marketing Committee; the Spring Road Conference Planning committee and is an SRC Mentor. She has been a guest instructor at Roosevelt University in Chicago and has participated as a guest lecturer with Broadway In Chicago’s Northwestern University marketing practicum.  Marya is passionate about audience development and pushing the envelope of technology integration into live theatre. Originally, from Michigan, she has a BFA from the University of Michigan. Member of ATPAM since 2003. She lives in Oak Park, IL and is a Girl Scout Leader and a dance and hockey mom.


Andrew Damer

Andrew has extensive experience developing and managing integrated campaigns for a variety of Broadway, national, and international theatrical engagements and entertainment events.  He has worked with many of the industry’s most respected producers on Broadway, across the country, and around the world. Part of the Allied team since 2012, Andrew came from AKA NYC, a marketing and advertising agency servicing Broadway and live entertainment where he managed campaigns for SPIDER-MAN TURN OFF THE DARK, THE BOOK OF MORMON, and many others.  He also served as the Marketing Director for Broadway In Chicago where he managed the nearly three-year run of JERSEY BOYS and ten-month national tour launch of BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL, as well as many other resident, pre-Broadway, and touring productions at five downtown theaters.  Andrew developed and taught an original practicum course, Marketing for Commercial Theatre, for Northwestern University’s School of Communication.  He holds a B.A. in Theatre from Emerson College (Boston) and an M.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.


Sarah Dahlberg

Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Texas at Austin and her Master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising at DePaul University in Chicago. She got her professional start in the publishing industry and then moved over to theatrical marketing when she joined Allied Live’s touring division in September of 2002.

Since then, she has worked on a variety of touring productions, including Thoroughly Modern Millie, Oliver!, Mamma Mia!, Little Women the Broadway Musical starring Maureen McGovern, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, Hairspray, Frost/Nixon starring Stacy Keach, Legally Blonde the Musical, August: Osage County starring Estelle Parsons, Burn the Floor, Carrie Fisher’s one-woman show Wishful Drinking, STOMP,  West Side Story, Ghost the Musical and We Will Rock You. Her current tours areKinky Boots, Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella and Something Rotten!

Since joining Allied Live in the fall of 2005, Jennifer Gallagher has worked on the tours of Hairspray, Annie, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Roundabout Theatre Company’s Twelve Angry MenWho’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?The Drowsy ChaperoneSweeney ToddLegally Blonde The MusicalFrost/NixonAugust: Osage County, West Side Story, ELFCatch Me If You Can, Blue Man Group, and We Will Rock You.She currently oversees the tours of ONCE and Kinky Boots, and is excited to work on the tour of An American in Paris  beginning in the fall of 2016

Prior to joining Allied Live, Jennifer was the advertising and public relations manager for The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford, CT. During her 6-plus years with The Bushnell, she marketed the local engagements of more than 50 national Broadway tours. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Jennifer graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In 1999 she relocated to Connecticut, where she continues to work on her most amazing production to date: her beautiful 13-year old daughter, Riley.


John Gilmour

John Gilmour joined the Allied Live team in 2007. Currently, he works on the North American tours of The Book of Mormon and Motown The Musical.  Previous clients include: Tours of Mamma Mia!, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, A Christmas StoryIn The Heights, Avenue Q, Hairspray, The Drowsy Chaperone, Twelve Angry Men and Forever Tango; Chicago engagements of Immediate Family, Altar Boyz and Russian on the Side. Prior to working at Allied Live, John worked for three years at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts in East Lansing, MI. Originally from Michigan; he holds two B.A.’s from Michigan State University in General Management and Theatre with a minor in dance. He is also certified in Elementary Labanotation by the Dance Notation Bureau.


Anne Dailey Meyer

Anne joined Allied Live in 2002 as a member of the touring division and worked on productions includingCameron Macintosh’s Oliver!, Golda’s Balcony starring Valerie Harper and Thoroughly Modern Millie. She moved on to help build Allied Integrated Marketing’s field marketing division, working closely with associates in Allied’s 20+ offices providing full-service marketing support to live entertainment clients across the country. Anne came back to touring in 2012. Since returning, she’s handled Hair, Traces, West Side Story, Blue Man Group and the seasonal tour of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas. In addition to the holiday favorite, her current tours include the Farewell Tour of MAMMA MIA! and RENT 20th Anniversary Tour

Before joining Allied Live, Anne managed marketing campaigns for Broadway and dance at St. Louis’ Fox Theatre.  She got her start 30+ years ago as a publicist for The Muny, the nation’s oldest and largest outdoor musical theater. Anne is honored to be the 2001 recipient of the League of American Theatres and Producers’ Outstanding Achievement in Road Marketing Award.

Jacqueline is currently overseeing marketing for the national tour of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA. Jacqueline has been with Allied Live since June 2005, where she has worked on a variety touring shows including Annie, Blue Man Group, Burn the Floor, Catch Me If You Can, The Full Monty, HAIR, Hairspray, Once, Peter and the Starcatcher, RENT, Spring Awakening, West Side Story, White Christmas and Wicked. She started her theatrical marketing career at Broadway in Boston in the summer of 2004, where she helped with the introduction of the beautifully renovated Opera House and Boston’s first engagement of The Lion King. Jacqueline is a graduate from Columbia College Chicago, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications and a minor in Arts Management.

Scott has had a passion for theater his entire life. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a double major in Public Relations and Advertising, he started his theatrical career by traveling around the country and world performing in national and international tours and numerous review shows. Scott has since then gone on to lead marketing and press efforts for such shows as Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, Matilda The Musical, Mary Poppins, War Horse, Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, and RENT.


Anne Waisanen

Anne Waisanen joined Allied Live in 2014. Currently she works on the North American tours of A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder, Blue Man Group,  and ELF The Musical. Prior to Allied Live, Anne managed marketing and publicity for Broadway series and special projects in markets across the nation for Jam Theatricals. Anne also worked at Margie Korshak, Inc. managing publicity for Broadway In Chicago, and worked on the Chicago production of Billy Elliot the Musical, the pre-Broadway World Premiere of The Addams Family, and many other resident and touring productions at five of Chicago’s downtown theaters. Anne’s background includes non-profit community outreach and event management with St. Patrick Center in St. Louis. She graduated from Marquette University with a B.A. and Loyola University Chicago with an M.B.A.

Meghan Kastenholz joined the Allied Live team in the summer of 2013. Currently she works on The Book of Mormon, RENT 20th Anniversary Tour, MAMMA MIA!, and Irving Berlin’s White Christmas. She has previously worked with aka Promotions in London during the West End premiere of Matilda The Musical, and at Lookingglass Theatre in Chicago. Meghan is a graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul University, where she received a BFA in Theatre Management and Marketing.


Doug Blemker

Doug Blemker

Senior Manager, Creative Services

Currently spearheading the Creative Services division, Doug Blemker joined Allied Live in March 2009 after experiences ranging from entertainment and event management to reporting and teaching. With Master’s Degrees in public relations and journalism from Ball State University, Doug has extensive experience in writing, editing and design with a focus in photography and art direction. Prior to returning to school, Doug served as Associate Company Manager on the third national tour of The Phantom of the Opera as well as the Guest Relations Manager for the New Amsterdam Theatre, home of Disney’s The Lion King (at the time). Doug began his entertainment career spending almost five years in various positions at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla. During his time at Allied Live, he has worked with the national tours of A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder, Motown The Musical, Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, Ghost The Musical, Elf The Musical, Billy Elliot the Musical, Rent: The Broadway Tour, August: Osage County and STOMP, as well as multiple Chicago clients.
